Timothy Rock Named one of ENR Southwest’s 2022 Top Young Professionals

We are so proud to announce that Timothy Rock, ATM CEO, was named one of ENR Southwest’s Top Young Professionals for 2022.

“ENR Southwest is pleased to name its 2022 class of Top Young Professionals. This annual awards program honors 20 individuals under 40 years of age in each of ENR’s 10 regions who have shown extraordinary leadership and service throughout their careers.
Firms from Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico submitted 35 entries into this year’s contest. These individuals were then judged by three primary criteria: industry experience and education; career and industry leadership; and community service and involvement.”

Timothy Rock was nominated for this program by a small group of employees at All Things Metal. In this 8 page nomination application, they highlighted the history of All Things Metal, Timothy’s part in the success of the company, and some key factors as to why he is not only an effective leader, but someone who inspires progress and career development for all employees.

“Timothy is the CEO at All Things Metal, and he believes what makes this company great is the good people who work here. The success of the company rests in his ability to make All Things Metal the type of place where people want to work. The rarest commodity in this world is not gold, silver, or oil, but good people. Timothy knows the long-term success of a company is through recruiting, developing, and retaining great people. He strives to accomplish this goal by creating opportunities for team members, upholding core values, and building our brand/reputation one action at a time, all while maintaining a clear vision and holding everyone accountable to it.
While Timothy likes to attribute the successes of All Things Metal to the great people who work here, he has played more than his part in getting the company to where it is. In 2018, All Things Metal underwent a bad manager overhaul, in which company personnel changed drastically. During this time, Timothy stepped up and wore all the hats of the company – Estimating, Project Management, Purchasing, and Operations. His dedication to his employees and his drive to keep pushing forward is what makes All Things Metal a multi-million dollar steel company.”
