What is an Iron Strong Relationship?

It is delivering a quality product, on time and on budget, without kicking, screaming, cussing or yelling. It is, honoring our word, being a project partner and being the resolution. Here are a few of the ways that we build those relationships.

Value Engineering

Our skilled estimating team will work with your team from the early phases of the project to look for opportunities to save you money on the project. Often times, steel is called out in a way that increases the cost and/or complexity of the design and adding little to no visual or structural value. With the overall customer’s goal in the project, ATM can help you value engineer the steel package to provide the structural and aesthetic designs that the customer was desiring. Our estimating team has hands-on experience in the entire spectrum of the iron work industry, enabling them to effectively value engineer your project for speed, quality, and profitability.

Skilled Tradesman:

All Things Metal is a NCCER certified training facility with a federally recognized apprenticeship program allowing us to train and develop the workforce for the next generation. Skilled tradesman are engaged in their trade through career paths, training and development. ATM has mock up buildings to train our team.

Proactive Project Planning:

Now that you have the job, the goal is to maximize profitability and accomplish the fastest quality speed. ATM recognizes this, so our Project Managers will sit down with you to review scope, our effect on other trades, and schedules.

Our Project Managers will meet with you at the beginning of the project to discuss the entire project. At ATM, we care how the entire project is effected by the steel portion that you have hired us to do.

Written Commitments to Job Progress:

Once your project has launched, there will be many processes occurring and the work of multiple trades will be interlinking. Written commitments will inform you of the work to be completed during the following week, proactively notifying all and reducing the need for frequent follow up. You stay up to date, well informed and we all have clear objectives. The job can then run smoothly.
