He leads All Things Metal with a clear vision: build the kind of organization that attracts and retains great people, reflected in nine Best Place to Work in Arizona recognitions voted on by the team.

With six years at ATM and a background in education and mentorship, Heather Aguirre knows how to build environments where people thrive, where everyone feels supported, empowered, and connected. She believes culture is the foundation for lasting success.

Oliver is a versatile financial leader with extensive multinational manufacturing experience, having created millions of dollars of value through strategic financial planning, profitability analysis, and operational improvement. He leads with a passion for transformational change and collaboration.

Jeff Rock joined All Things Metal in 2020 serving Construction Operations. Today, backed by 15+ years of management experience, he sets the tone as an executive. When he’s not leading the team, you’ll find him hunting, fishing, or pursuing his love of the outdoors.

Derek Szostak brings 30 years of steel industry experience — from detailing to project management — to his current role as Integrator at ATM Steel. Shaped by great mentors throughout his career, he passes that knowledge on to the next generation.
