James is the KorFab Integrator at All Things Metal and uses his role to make processes more efficient, and thereby profitable. James believes that the company’s success is found when parties are able to adopt the culture of the company, put aside their own egos, and recognize the needs of their teammates. James exemplifies this culture by listening to his team for guidance and providing his own suggestions when he sees an opportunity for improvement.
James is inspired by the successes of those around him and uses that success to strive for greatness in his own life. When James isn’t working, he finds that anytime spent with his wife and three children is the best time of his life.
