On April 9, 2002, Greg MacLiver founded the company with a primary focus on residential work. Shortly after, Martin Newton was brought on as the first hire, serving as Lead Fabricator.

In 2005, the All Things Metal expanded into commercial ironwork and was specified on plans for Tutor Time. They went on to complete more than 20 projects with multiple general contractors.

In 2008, Timothy Rock joined as Business Manager, bringing experience from the excavation industry and a clear vision for stability and growth. Motivated by a desire to build a stronger future for himself and others, Timothy helped shape All Things Metal’s company culture so team members could see long-term opportunity and build their careers with confidence.

In 2013, following the challenges of the recession, Timothy Rock stepped into a 51% ownership role after playing a key part in sustaining the company through difficult economic conditions.

In 2014, All Things Metal expanded into a larger fabrication facility, enabling team expansion and the ability to serve larger, more complex clients.

In 2019, the adoption of the EOS management system helped clarify team roles, strengthen accountability, and create a clear path for internal advancement.

In 2021, recognizing untapped capacity in the shop, the team launched the KorFab brand, allowing All Things Metal Industries to expand into new sales channel. By fabricating components for trades such as wood framing and concrete, the company significantly expanded its diversification and market reach.

In 2021, Timothy Rock assumed sole ownership and navigated the transition into full decision-making authority. That shift sparked a bold investment of more than $2 million in CNC automation, significantly expanding capabilities and positioning the company for sustained expansion.

In 2024, RoXteel Industrial launched to bring industrial-grade expertise to the industries that keep the world running. Drawing on experience across utilities, tech, and beyond, we manufacture and assemble integrated, large-format steel systems built for reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.

In 2026, the Wittmann location opened as the first phase of a 30-acre full campus vision. Once complete, the campus will be a cutting edge, walkable community destination that sets a new standard for Industrial Parks with Employee amenities to affirm the value we put on our team.
